Coconut shell charcoal is used as carbon additive in Steel manufacturing and SG Iron castings for its zero sulphur content and fixed carbon of 78 % which gives more carbon recovery.

Due to hgih ash content, Indian coal powder not useful in foundries. Due to this over the years, synthetic alternaives were first imported.

While these synthetic alternaitives are efficient, their cost is high. Now, we have a new economic alternative. Due to globalisation, best quality sea coal is sourced from arround the worlds, which we process to ensure natural low ash coal dust for the green sand in foundry.

Chemicas Properties:

• Burns only at high temperature.
• Normally unafected by acids, dry chloring gas or molten alkali at low red heat.
• Strong oxidants such as mixture of hot nitric acid and potassuim chlorate will oxidize it completely.

As our Crystalline Graphite is made from the best quality raw materials under the specific physical conditions, it is highly used in the various industries. This product is now being widely used in foundries in India and as well as being exported to foundries in African and Asian region.
