These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern the use of this website and all enquiries, quotations and supplies made by New Punjab Foundry Store, Ludhiana (hereinafter referred to as "we", "us" or "our"). By accessing this website or placing an enquiry / order with us, you acknowledge that you have read, understood and agree to be bound by these Terms.

All information, technical data, product descriptions and images provided on this website are for general guidance only. While we strive to keep the information accurate and updated, variations may occur due to product improvements, supplier changes and foundry / process specific requirements.

(a) The specifications, chemical composition, sizes and grades of Carbon Additives, Coal & Coke, Ferro Alloys, Fluxes, Minerals, Refractories, Foundry Resins, Inoculants and Foundry Accessories are indicative only and may differ from batch to batch within normal commercial tolerances.

(b) It is the responsibility of the buyer / foundry to verify the suitability of any product for their particular process, furnace, charge mix, casting design and operating conditions. We strongly recommend trial runs and consultation with our technical team before bulk usage.

(a) All quotations given by us, whether verbal or written, are subject to confirmation and valid only for the period stated therein. In absence of such mention, the quotation will automatically lapse after 7 days from the date of issue.

(b) Prices are usually quoted ex-godown / ex-warehouse, unless specifically mentioned otherwise, and are exclusive of any applicable taxes, duties, freight, octroi or other statutory levies, which shall be borne by the buyer.

(c) We reserve the right to revise prices at any time due to changes in raw material costs, freight, duties or other market conditions, without prior notice.

(a) Any purchase order placed by the buyer shall be subject to our written acceptance. Mere receipt of an order does not constitute a binding contract.

(b) Once an order has been accepted and material has been dispatched or specially procured / processed for the buyer, cancellation will not be accepted, except at our sole discretion and upon payment of applicable cancellation / handling charges.

(a) Unless otherwise agreed in writing, our standard terms are advance payment or cash against delivery. Credit facilities, if any, may be considered for selected customers at our sole discretion.

(b) In case of credit supplies, payment shall be made strictly as per the due date mentioned in our invoice. Delayed payments may attract interest / overdue charges at the rate communicated by us from time to time.

(c) Ownership of the goods shall remain with us until full and final payment is received, even if the material has been delivered to the buyer.

(a) Any delivery schedule communicated by us is an estimate only and not a guarantee. While we make every effort to adhere to agreed timings, we shall not be liable for delays caused by transport issues, strikes, natural calamities, government restrictions or any other circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

(b) Risk of loss or damage to the goods shall pass to the buyer upon delivery to the carrier or the buyer’s representative, as the case may be.

(c) Any complaints regarding quantity shortages or visible damage must be reported in writing within 24 hours of receipt of material, along with supporting documents (lorry receipt, delivery challan, photos, etc.).

(a) Material once sold will not be taken back, except under specific written consent from us.

(b) In case of genuine quality concerns supported by test certificates and process details, our liability shall be limited, at our option, to either replacement of the relevant material or refund of the basic value of the affected quantity. We shall not be liable for indirect losses, production loss, casting rejections or consequential damages.

Any guidance, suggestions, recommendations or technical data extended by us or our representatives are given in good faith based on our foundry experience. However, such assistance is without any warranty and shall not make us liable for the results obtained, as actual performance depends on many factors beyond our control (charge mix, furnace condition, operators, moulding practice, etc.).

(a) All text, graphics, logos, product listings, downloads and other content available on this website are the intellectual property of New Punjab Foundry Store or its content suppliers and are protected under applicable copyright and trademark laws.

(b) You may view and print pages from this website for personal and business reference only. Any reproduction, modification, redistribution or commercial use of the content without our prior written consent is strictly prohibited.

Any personal or business information submitted by you through enquiry forms, e-mails or telephone interactions is used only for responding to your queries, processing orders and improving our services. We do not sell or rent such information to third parties, except where required by law or for logistics / transport / statutory compliances.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, New Punjab Foundry Store shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, punitive or consequential damages, including but not limited to loss of production, loss of profit, loss of goodwill or business interruption arising out of the use of our products, website or services.

All contracts, supplies and disputes arising out of or in connection with our products or this website shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. The courts at Ludhiana, Punjab shall have exclusive jurisdiction for any legal proceedings.

We reserve the right to amend, modify or update these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice. The latest version will always be available on this page, and your continued use of the website or our services after any changes shall constitute your acceptance of the revised Terms.
