Core Oil

Core Oil is a good core should withstand tremendous changes in thermal conditions and resulting stresses and produce castings without internal strain cracks, sand inclusions, deformations, sitering, washout, gas seams, blows and penetration. The foundry technician is thereforem confronted wtih the difficult task of formulating proper core sand mixings from the available raw materials for the preparation of various types of cores form plain cores tohighly complicated ones. In general foundries undertake a variety of castings, differing in casting dimensions and designs.


No bake Two Part Phenolic Resin System

The newly developed 2 part no bake process, utilises low viscosity, modern phenolic liquid resin system and hardner. This systme used to get faster production & high strength of mould and cores at econimical rate.


Silbond (Sodium Silicate Hardener Paste)

Globally sodium slilicate- CO2 mould makingg processs is used widerly for faster production. However- CO2 gas has certain environment and health hazardeous factor. Therefore, there is increasing demand of CO2- replacement for widely used silicate- CO2 process.


Single Component Self-Setting Core Binder

Manufacturing of small cores specially in foundries where there is no facility of baking the cores to the required temperature when using conventional core oils, the making of cores becomes a difficult problem and in such cases the use of no-bake. Alkyd resin 3 part system becomes imperative with the introduction of single part. Now , the foundry men who require small cores has choice & a choice which is economical & convenient. A single component addition which dries at room temperature without any heating.


Three Part Resin System

Small intricate cores or big cores which are comples by virtue of design pose considerable problems for the core-maker. When conventional core making methods like oil bonded sands. The carbon dioxide process etc. are found inadequate, fully self-curing core making system finocure fully meets the requirements.
